Researcher in Cell Therapy Process Development

Offentlig forvaltning

A 2-year position as a researcher is available at the Centre for Advanced Cell Therapy (ACT), Oslo University Hospital, under the supervision of the ACT Director Anna Pasetto. The position will be located at the pre-GMP facility at the Norwegian Radium Hospital, Oslo.

The ACT Centre is a core facility and translational research environment dedicated to accelerating the development and clinical implementation of advanced cell therapies. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong interest in translational cell therapy, process development, and quality control methods for advanced therapy medicinal products.

About the project
The successful candidate will work on the optimization and development of manufacturing and quality control processes for cell therapy products. The project will involve the development, testing, and implementation of new protocols for cell therapy manufacturing, analytical characterization, and potency/functionality assessment. A key focus will be the introduction and evaluation of automated solutions for manufacturing and QC workflows, in close collaboration with national and international academic and industry partners. The work will be performed in the pre-GMP facility at the Norwegian Radium Hospital and will support the translation of innovative cell therapy approaches towards clinical application.
