Job Title: Technical Advisor
Department: Customer Support
Team: Warranty
Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Busan Office
Main Work Tasks:
- Overall warranty claims handling & coordination activities for KC700
- Properly registering warranty claims in dynamics 365
- Development of individual skill and competence
- Appropriate and timely technical assistance and support to internal & external customers
- Collaborating with colleagues and fostering interpersonal relationships
- Establishing a collaborative relationship with other teams to ensure mutual support
- Sharing findings, experience, information to enhance product quality
- Perform remote (Bomgar) & onboard support as needed
- Service onboard if required
- Analysing critical and repetitive warranty issues by category & priority
- Participate in global warranty meeting
- Technical support for service team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Experience and competence in K-Chief 700 products & applications
- At least 2 years’ experience as field engineer or equivalent
- Ready and motivated for worldwide support activities
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good time management skills
- Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
- Good cooperative skills & communication skills
- Service minded and customer focused
- Analytic Skills
