Job Title: Technical Advisor

Department: Customer Support

Team: Warranty

Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Busan Office

 

Main Work Tasks:

  • Overall warranty claims handling & coordination activities for KC700
  • Properly registering warranty claims in dynamics 365
  • Development of individual skill and competence
  • Appropriate and timely technical assistance and support to internal & external customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues and fostering interpersonal relationships
  • Establishing a collaborative relationship with other teams to ensure mutual support
  • Sharing findings, experience, information to enhance product quality
  • Perform remote (Bomgar) & onboard support as needed
  • Service onboard if required
  • Analysing critical and repetitive warranty issues by category & priority
  • Participate in global warranty meeting
  • Technical support for service team
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualification:

  • Experience and competence in K-Chief 700 products & applications
  • At least 2 years’ experience as field engineer or equivalent
  • Ready and motivated for worldwide support activities
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
  • Good cooperative skills & communication skills
  • Service minded and customer focused
  • Analytic Skills
