Researcher position in dementia fluid biomarker project and associated projects, Department of Neuroloy.
In collaboration with the existing EU-funded AI-Mind project (www.ai-mind.eu), the new FluiDX project have a temporary position available for two years in a 100% researcher/postdoc engagement with the possibility of 1 year extension. The FluiDX project is an European Union fundet project under the number Horizon program No.101155955
The position will involve working in multidisciplinary teams involving both academical and industry, at the intersection of multiple projects our group is involved with, both as coordinator and partner. We are looking for a motivated employee with high work capacity in the intersection between neuroscience, electrophysiologigy and AI. The applicant should have a deep biological understanding. The ability to execute tasks well, and to enjoys working with advanced interdisciplinary research is a prerequisite. The hired individual must be able to cooperate and communicate well with staff og public and industrial collaborators.
The hired individual will be integrated as a professional in the existing AI-Mind research team at Oslo University Hospital. The workplace will be at Oslo University Hospital, Ullevål, in the Neurology Department. The desired start date is as soon as possible.

Kvalifikasjoner:
- Relevant education equivalent to a master's level or higher.
- While a PhD degree is not required, experience with PhD-level research work and publishing is desirable.
- Education in mathematics/statistics and/or machine learning, biological biomarker and elctrophysiological is prioritized.
- High proficiency in multiple coding languages and experience with code library packaging and publishing.
- Experience in machine learning modeling using functional neuroimaging data, particularly electroencephalography.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English, including experience with formal academic publishing.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with projects utilizing multimodal data approaches in dementia research will be emphasised.
- Experience with pharmacological industry collaboration will be emphasised.
