We are looking to strengthen our team in advanced system integration and are seeking a Software Engineer with a background in automation, electrical power, or electrical engineering. You will play a key role in developing advanced control and monitoring systems for our power systems. Additionally, you will be involved in testing and commissioning the next generation of drivers, power systems, and energy systems, as well as contributing to various projects.

 

Your Responsibilities

• System Design & Planning: Develop control topologies, IO lists, Modbus setups, and interfaces – using your systematic approach to create robust solutions.
• Documentation: Create clear and user-friendly descriptions, drawings, and manuals that are used in our projects.
• PLC Programming: Once the framework and hardware are in place, you will ensure the systems communicate with each other.
• System Configuration: Set up software and parameter files tailored to the project's needs – with the ability to see the big picture in complex systems.
• Testing & Commissioning: Be involved from the first test to live operation. This role involves travel, collaboration, and seeing the results of your work in practice.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is structured, self-driven, and technically curious – with a passion for electrical engineering. You have:

• A technical education (bachelor's or master's) in electronics, automation, or electrical power.
• A systematic and analytical work style – with an eye for detail.
• Good technical understanding and proven results.
• Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have:

• A trade certificate in electrical engineering or automation.
• Experience with PLC programming, HMI design, and preferably Python.
• Familiarity with similar work from previous roles.
