An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for an Instructor for Control Systems to join our training team in Rauma. In this role you will be responsible for training in control systems for our international network and customers. The training consists of both classroom and practical training with the assistance of an experienced work community. You are responsible for maintaining and developing training material and equipment.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

• Relevant technical education or previous work experience
• Good English language skills, other languages are considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel
• The ability to communicate in a clear, precise, and structured manner
• Strong collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Propulsion and/or Deck Machinery control systems would be beneficial
