Kongsberg Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritime Customer Services and Aftermarket support. 2300 Customer Support employees are present in 40 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient and effective onboard services, upgrades and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

Our customers demand maximum up-time on their assets and strive to keep total cost as low as possible. Global Customer Support, responsible for the Aftermarket shall be reliable and act when territory customers require system upgrades, refits systems.

 

Kongsberg Maritime Hellas SA, representing Kongsberg Maritime’s business units and product lines in the Greek and the Cyprus Shipping Market, is looking for a Training Instructor to join our team 

 

Accountability/Work tasks:

  • Prepare and evaluate a training program in a professional manner and according to KM values
  • Deliver technical training to crew members and shipping companies
  • Update training materials
  • Contribute to continuous improvement based on course evaluation and feedback from course participants
  • Participate in appointed project teams

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Maritime and engineering experience/education
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of international relationship and cultures
  • Passion for teaching
  • Good English language skills
