Located in Oslo, you will be a part of a global HR team, and you will have an important role to play in building relationships and continuously finding solutions for our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the HR team in an array of deliverables across the HR spectrum, with a primary focus on HR Analytics:

Data Analytics & Reporting (40% of your time)
• Bring a strategic mindset to HR Analytics. Design, generate and analyze reports from HR systems, utilizing workforce analytics.
• Design and Implement recruitment metrics: Track, analyse and report on key recruitment metrics using data to optimise processes reducing time to hire and ensuring quality of hire.
• Prepare HR-related reports for the Board, the Senior Management Team meeting, ESG, CSRD, and AMU.
• Improve HR processes by identifying issues, finding solutions, and working together across the organization to implement them.
• Able to interpret data, provide context, and communicate findings clearly

Recruitment (30% of your time)
• Train hiring managers on inclusive recruitment practices
• Partner (from sourcing to onboarding) with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

Partner with Business Teams (30% of your time)
• Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

About You:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field of study (engineering, business, legal)
• Minimum 4 years of broad HR experience, international experience is a plus
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience as an HR data analyst or similar role
