We are currently in an exciting phase of significant growth. This requires us to strengthen our organization in Norway and Lithuania, and we are now seeking a Document Controller.
As a Document Controller, you will be involved in a portfolio of projects and play a key role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficient flow of documentation within the projects. The position reports to the VP Project and works closely with project managers and other personnel in the project department, as well as with the design and analysis department and our production sites. You will be part of an international and inclusive working environment with colleagues in Norway, Lithuania, and other locations worldwide. Structure, accuracy, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Relevant education
• Minimum three years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, preferably from oil and gas projects
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with various customer systems
• Good understanding of different types of contracts
• Strong technical understanding
• Knowledge about standards such as NORSOK and DNV-ST-N501 is an advantage
  
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
