Customer Service Manager

DFDS Logistics Ghent is looking for a customer service manager.

 

Main responsibilities

-      Daily management of customer service team(s)

-      Manage the order processing end to end, find best solutions in order to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

-      Integral part of the team and able to actively support and act as backup in case of need

-      Develop and maintain relationships with customers, internal and other relevant 3rd party stakeholders

-      Main point of contact in case of escalation and coordination

-      Initiator and participant of ad-hoc projects for ongoing improvement

-      Drive digital initiatives to ensure targets are being met

 

Knowledge & skills

-      High focus on people’s well-being and satisfaction

-      Excellent interpersonal skills/team player, flexible mindset

-      Good coaching skills

-      Problem solving mindset/ability to manage conflicting priorities

-      Several years of experience in transport and logistics
