Kongsberg Discovery is growing and we want you to be part of our journey. We are looking for a Warranty & Repair Coordinator to join our team in Horten.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating warranty and repair cases across several product areas. You will manage cases from the initial customer request through technical clarification, quotation, and final resolution. The position requires close collaboration with customers as well as internal teams across engineering, production, supply chain, and service.

You will play an important role in ensuring efficient case handling, clear communication, and high-quality service throughout the process. The role combines customer interaction, coordination across internal departments, and administrative follow-up to ensure smooth case progression.

Export Control and Compliance are also an important part of the role. You will work closely with the Export Control department to assess license requirements, prepare the necessary documentation, and ensure that all activities comply with applicable regulations. 

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate incoming warranty and repair cases from customers
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to clarify technical information and case details
• Prepare quotations and issue invoices related to repair and warranty cases
• Follow up cases to ensure efficient handling and timely resolution
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, Rental teams and sister offices
• Support Export Control processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal procedures and customer processes

We think you should have

• Bachelor’s degree or other relevant education
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, AXAPTA or similar tools
• Experience from customer service, coordination, or service operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of underwater acoustic products is beneficial but not required
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English
