Key Responsibilities:

• General Warehouse House-Keeping
• Maintenance of all the Bin Location, Warehouse Yard, Chemical area.
• Manual Loading / Off-loading of PO Materials
• Checking the PO Material Packages
• Providing PPE as advice by Storekeeper
• Daily cleaning of Warehouse Office & WC
• Periodic Checking of WH Forklift Battery Charge, Grease & Oil
• Assist Storekeeper to keep all the PO Materials in Bin Location
• Prepare Materials from specified Bin Location in accordance with warehouse requests
• Daily issuance of Cotton Gloves, Chemical Gloves, Rags, Drinking Water, Fire Extinguisher, PPE, LPG Cylinder & other materials as advise by Storekeeper
• Assist in unloading trucks and determining material or item disseminating tasks.
• Move items from the receiving pallet to storage areas using trolleys.
• Ensure that items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to their types and sizes.
• Match pulled items with work orders to ensure accuracy as per EPICOR PID
• Ensure that the pulled item is not damaged or broken.
• Report any damaged items to the Storekeeper immediately.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse on a constant basis.
• Follow DNO HSSE Standard & Procedure.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

• Previous WH Experience
• Must speak some English
• The conception of WH Materials
• Forklift operator license/experiences
• Preferred PC Literate
