The Integration department, as part of the Integration & Energy – Global Customer Support (GCS) business unit, is dedicated to managing and ensuring the efficient delivery of integrated projects. As our centre of excellence for project deliveries, Integration collaborates closely with Aftermarket Sales, A&C and P&H product business units, KM I&E Integrated Projects, and I&E Solutions. Our goal is to grow the business and confirm our position as a leading integrator of maritime solutions that enhance customer value.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the Integration department to ensure growth aligned with our strategy, such as engineering management, strategic resource planning for project execution and leading leaders.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of integrated projects with full P/L responsibility
• Execute efficient and timely bid management support towards large integrated sales opportunities.
• Delivery of large and / or more complicated projects in close collaboration with Product Centers.
• Strong connection to supply chain to manage risk and timeliness excellently in project deliveries.
• RISK Management and Portfolio Management
• Provide functional support (PMO) to GCS as centre of excellence for project deliveries.

Who are you?

• You have demonstrated commercial understanding, strong business acumen, cultural awareness, and diversity leadership skills.
• Good understanding of maritime markets, customer value, and the sales and delivery process with a focus on risk and margin development.
• Experience in engineering management and project management is advantageous.
