There is a vacancy for the 2023-2024 school year (starting as soon as possible and ending July 31,, 2024) for a Mathematics teacher in the Middle Years Programme (IB) years 9 and 10. The position is part time and consists of teaching six hours of math spread across Monday-Tuesday and Wednesday (half days), whereof three hours are for year 9 and 3 hours are for year 10. This is a 34,2% position. The position also includes some outside break duty and the mandatory attendance of one weekly staff meeting.

Manglerud skole, International Classes is a city-wide primary and lower secondary school (years 1-10)
where English is the language of instruction following the IB PYP and MYP Programmes. International
Classes currently has 240 students and a staff of 30. International Classes is part of the larger Manglerud
skole.

Kvalifikasjoner:

- Required work permit/ residency in Norway

- Required police clearance from Norwegian authorities (the school can assist with the process)

- Required certified school teacher, preferrably with NOKUT approval

- Required relevant degrees in Mathematics or equivalent

- Desired experience from working with middle school students
