We offer you

As a Tech Lead in the D365 team, you will work cross all different functional areas within D365 and POS. Your focus will be to align technical solutions with other teams and drive improvements linked to maintenance of D365 including integrations and performance. You will be responsible for the technical design and specifications. You will also lead technical tests in coordination with Test Manager.

The Tech Lead will lead the development team and ensure that development is done according to agreed development standards and coordinate with Release manager. As a tech Lead you shall have deep understanding of the technology and the integrations in a larger context within D365. You will also participate in the "architect team" to align the common technical roadmap.

Your profile

We are looking for you who has higher education within IT and at least 5 years' experience of working with D365 or similar ERP systems. You have a deep knowledge of D365 within Sales Commerce/MPOS, Retail or Supply Chain. You have a general knowledge about when to use existing Dynamics functionality and when to customize to our business.

As a person you are well organized and solution oriented. To thrive in the role, you are a team player with good communication skills both internally and with partners. You are motivated and driven as a person. Your heart beats for technology and solving problems. You communicate freely in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

The position is a permanent employment with placement at our head office in Mölndal. Kappahl wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, where the majority of the working time will be in the office. This means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for your work schedule.
