Team Leader – Bridge & Control

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Team Leader – Bridge & Control. In this role, you will be a part of the Bridge & Control organization who provides hardware and software service and support, remote support, and upgrades on its applicable systems on vessels operating worldwide.

To strengthen and further develop our department we are looking for a Team Leader to support the local Operations Manager supervise and coordinate a group of Service Consultants. Your main responsibility will be to supervise the team, coordinate service requests, and support the development of competence and capacity of the team to support our division goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality customer support, related to response time and quality of response.
• Organize, manage and take part in the daily operations.
• Service Coordination.
• Maintain and develop department routines and processes.
• Lead the segment into a more “remote support” oriented future.
• Some travelling will be required.

Qualifications and experience

• Leadership skills is an advantage, or you have a wish to personally develop as a leader in KM.
• Experience as a Service Engineer or Commissioning Engineer is an advantage.
• Able to build a focused and positive working environment.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.
