As Supply Chain Manager Product, you are a mature, strategic and operational oriented leader. You realize that by inspiring and granting autonomy to others, you attain the most impactful outcomes. Good understanding of change management, along with a natural ability to be proactive and show the way, are central qualities in this position.

Main tasks:

• Responsible for defining the product line’s SC strategy, being able to set clear goals and ambitions that support the overall strategy
• Strategic and functional leadership of all activities related to Supply Chain
• Focus on collaboration across functions to ensure proper involvement and engagement to achieve common goals
• Be an active participant in the management team for Supply Chain across Kongsberg Maritime, with a focus on synergies, strategic common ambitions and further develop the function
• Lead and further develop the team with a focus on strong operational performance through personnel management and personnel development

Background and qualifications:

• Higher education in Supply Chain Management or similar. Relevant experience and clear results can compensate for formal education.
• Leadership experience where development of team and individuals has played a main role
• Good communication skills with the ability to work across both levels and disciplines
• Experience in leading Supply Chain, documented through achieved results from implementation of more efficient processes
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
