We are looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team at Kongsberg Maritime Turku for the summer (xx) In this role, you will support the development of R&A offerings and contribute to shaping future data-driven services and customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Map the R&A offering (including data-driven services) from a customer perspective using service design methods. 

• Conduct customer experience mapping on current R&A offerings (as-is) and help define the desired future state. 

• Analyze opportunities for data-based services, including identifying potential use cases and evaluating their value. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Studies in business, engineering, service design, or a related field.  

• Interest and experience in business development, service design, customer experience, or data-driven services are seen as advantageous 

• Interest and experience in innovative technology and the maritime sector. 

• Fluent knowledge of English in both written and spoken form. 

• Ability to work independently and take initiative. 

• Proactive attitude, good communication skills, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
