Our companies have several decades of combined experience in the maritime industry within the segments ship design, energy design & smart control, hydrogen-based energy systems and water treatment systems.

Our companies are: HAV Design, Norwegian Electric Systems, HAV Hydrogen and Norwegian Greentech.

We offer a variety of positions within the office in areas such as engineering, logistics, project management, finance, communication and law. You can choose which company within the HAV Group you want to apply for. Several of the students who have completed internships with us have been offered permanent positions after graduation. The purpose of this program is to recruit candidates for future roles.
