 We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support our growing team in Navi Mumbai, India, This role will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations and driving key initiatives in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

Job Overview

This role is a Generalist HR profile responsible for driving strategic and operational HR initiatives to support business objectives and enhance employee experience. The primary focus is on talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and digital transformation, while also contributing to learning and development, employer branding, and HR analytics. The objective is to ensure effective workforce management, strengthen organizational culture, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management would be preferable
  • Certifications in Advanced HR, Labor Laws, or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
  • 8-12+ years’ experience working in HR department within mid-size or large organizations (preferably for a MNC company)
  • Experience of Generalist HR profile with expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR operations. Strong understanding of Labor compliance
  • Exposure to Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and HR Analytics.
  • Knowledge and experience of executing HR strategy & providing support to other team members

Roles & responsibilities

  • Lead /Support end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines. Collaborate with business leaders/stakeholders for recruitment
  • Drive & support Branding Initiatives. Support employer branding activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Drive initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and a positive work culture.
  • Drive recognition programs and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Lead and support the HR Digitalization initiatives local and global
  • Oversee onboarding and exit processes ensuring compliance and positive employee experience.
  • Ensure the employee life cycle processes are executed as per the global mandate
  • Support the Learning & Development programs/ initiatives.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain development dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics (attrition, headcount, diversity, etc.).
  • Create dashboards and insights to management for decision-making.
