Job Title: Software Engineer

Department: A&C Operation

Team: Software

Location: Busan Jeong-gwan office

 

Main Work Tasks:

• Have technical responsibility in projects, under supervision, as allocated
• Perform technical tasks in projects, as allocated
• Report eventual problems with products, tools and improvement possibilities to superior
• Participate in project meetings with customers and technical support for customer, as required
• Participate in project engineering, production and commissioning
• Cooperating with project managers, project engineers, commissioning engineers
• Supporting superior for maintenance of QMS documentation for offshore
• Participate in IAT/FAT when necessary
• Get all relevant information from the yard (ex. P&IDs and wiring diagrams)
• Get the RIO distribution list and system topology from HW responsible
• Generate a new SW delivery and connect it correctly against a server
• Generate the master delivery and IO/PS-files so that the project members can start working on their activities
• Participate in planning of SW milestones
• Administrate and support for project members with related to project application SW
• Participate in follow-up activities during commissioning and trials
• Participate in working on as-built documentation
• Keep track of changes which has been done on series and delivered vessels
• Add the project SW to Application Veritas before FAT
• Promoting team work and building human relationship within team
