In the role as Service Sales Engineer / Coordinator you will be providing aftermarket support for the complete portfolio of automation and control management deliveries to the fleet. New exciting products is continued being developed and added to the portfolio which creates curiosity and own development in the daily work. This role also provides a good opportunity to develop technical competencies for our products.

Lead meaningful projects. Protechting People and Planet is our goal.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administrate deliveries for software and hardware modifications, onboard services, and spare parts.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage orders and contribute to invoicing process.
  • Communicate and follow-up with engineers out in field throughout service.
  • Proactively offer service and focus on customer’s experience.
  • Work with our technical support teams to resolve customer problems.
  • Extensive customer communication and close cooperation on with our Global Customer support teams worldwide.
  • Rotational duty phone.

 

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor or technical / economics degree is preferred.
  • Motivation for/experience within project, administration, or economics.
  • Technical / Maritime interest and background is an advantage.
  • English and Norwegian language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid work permit in Norway
  • Experience with customer contact and sales
