Connector Subsea Solutions has experienced substantial growth the past years which has been recognized by Dagens Næringsliv as CSS won the “Gaselle” award for region West in 2021. We looking to further strengthen our team with a Senior Sales Manager / Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team within Subsea Distribution. 

In this role you have to be curious and innovative. You must enjoy working with people and being able to build good relations will be a key to success. While sales are an essential part of the role, there must also be a focus on coordination and continuous improvement of structures and procedures. You need knowledge about the subsea market and maintain an overview of its developments and trends. An important part is to identify and follow up market opportunities, upcoming offers / tenders, and project opportunities. Our Senior Sales Manager / Chief Sales Officer will be leading a team of four people in different countries.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• University degree, preferably in engineering.
• Relevant experience from the subsea industry.
  
• Strong contractual and regulatory understanding.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent English language.
