An opportunity has arisen to join us as Senior Project Manager, Marine Robotics in our Sensor and Robotics (S&R) Division in Horten.

 

What you will be working on

You will be working in a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of colleagues, customers, government agencies and suppliers to deliver world class autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) and autonomous unmanned surface vessels (USV) systems.

Your role will be to lead projects developing, building, upgrading and delivering world class AUV and USV systems. As a senior project manager you will be responsible for projects with our biggest clients.

 

You are able to

• Lead multidisciplinary projects successfully
• Plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively, using a methodical and systematic approach
• Understand and identify technical requirements, risks, work breakdown structures, bill of materials, budgeting, and resource utilisation
• Report project status clearly, consistently and accurately, in both technical and financial terms
• Communicate, influence and negotiate effectively, with both internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree within an engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of experience from complex delivery or development projects
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
• Experience with modern business tools
