Your Role

As a Power Platform Engineer, whether in the senior or standard role, you will work on developing and optimizing low-code solutions within the Power Platform environment. These roles involve direct collaboration with IT and business teams, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that streamline operations and maximize value.

Senior Power Platform Engineer
In this leadership position, you'll take the lead in managing technical and operational Power Platform functions. You will mentor junior engineers, influence Power Platform strategies, and drive governance frameworks, all while overseeing large-scale initiatives and solutions.

Power Platform Engineer
In this role, you'll take hands-on responsibility for Power Platform environments, designing, developing, and optimizing apps and workflows. You’ll collaborate with various teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions and ensure the best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Both roles share some key responsibilities:

• Lead or support the technical and operational management of Power Platform environments.
• Design, develop, and test Power Platform solutions such as canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, and MS Dataverse.
• Implement best practices, governance frameworks, and automation strategies to optimize solution delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet objectives.
• Optimize license usage and costs related to Power Platform environments.

Additional Senior Power Platform Engineer Responsibilities

• Technical leadership: Own the full lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from design to deployment.
• Provide strategic insights and mentorship to junior team members.
• Drive the creation and execution of technical strategies to maximize Power Platform value.

What You Bring

Skills and Experience:

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience with Power Platform, including developing canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, and MS Dataverse.
• Experience with DevOps and Power Platform governance best practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluent in English (training available as needed).

Senior Power Platform Engineer

• 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership or senior-level roles in development or solution architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of Power Platform governance, implementation guidelines, and frameworks.

Power Platform Engineer

• 2+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience with a focus on solution delivery.
