Senior HR Coordinator

We are a growing HR Team based in Immingham. You will be joining an experienced team of 14 HR Professionals who together look after the HR requirements for the whole of the UK and Ireland.

 

The Role… Working with a team of 3 HR Coordinators & 1 HR Data Analyst you will provide high quality HR support and first line advice and guidance activities across the UK & Ireland for the whole of the employee lifecycle, processes, policies and annual people routines.

You will be responsible for query management and resolution for the HR teams, ensuring that all queries and requests are dealt with professionally and within our agreed SLA’s.

You will work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Business Partner teams to deliver HR support and services to colleagues, managers and leadership.

There are opportunities to develop skills, get involved in projects, and support wider HR and business initiatives.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

Providing a supportive and collaborative service to all stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and customer service.

  • Day to day email and call management, organising workload for the 3 HR Coordinators and HR Data Analyst.
  •  Triaging all queries and requests, resolving queries at first point of contact wherever possible
  • Reviewing and organizing HR Coordination and Administration activities for the HR Coordinators and Analyst to action.
  • Monitoring SLA’s and KPI’s for the team and ensuring all urgent emails and requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responding to first line HR Advisory requests and guiding managers and employees to the appropriate policies or processes
  • Escalating case management and Business Partnering activities to the relevant HRBP / HR Advisor
  • Taking responsibility for follow up actions and ongoing queries, ensuring processes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with HR policy, process and case management queries, in collaboration with HR Advisors and HR Business Partners.
  • Supporting process enhancement and improvement opportunities and roll out of new systems and ways of working within the HR Operations Team, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Senior Managers, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Advising & Guiding stakeholders on internal systems and processes, acting as a signpost and helping stakeholders to get the information they need.
  • Completing all activities within the agreed service level agreements and to an excellent standard
  • Taking responsibility for follow up actions and ongoing queries, ensuring processes are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally CIPD qualified (level 3) or qualified by experience with transferrable skills (3 years+)
  • Some experience of supervisory or management responsibility is an advantage but not essential
  • A strong track record of continued professional development
  • Clean, UK driving license is an advantage, but not essential
  • Experience working with Zellis and Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not essential
