Currently we are looking for:

Senior Continuous Improvement Lead

Your daily tasks will mostly focus on:
• Overseeing and drive our Poznan Continuous Improvement program
• Drive towards globally harmonized processes and best practice
• Support development of end-to-end processes within the area of Finance & Accounting with emphasis on PtP, OtC and RtR processes
• Analyse SSC process performance, identify waste, risks, opportunities, recommend and manage process improvement projects
• Coordinating maintenance, distribution and education of financial policies and procedures
• Responsibility for development and preparation of KPI reporting
• Responsibility for monitoring and reporting on SSC performance
• Act as a DFDS Polska process performance focal point
• Responsibility for implementation and maintenance of KPI framework
• Responsibility for CI Developers and CI Data Analysts (with dotted line liaison responsibility
to their respective Group functions)
• Coordinating of any migrations that are not already covered by our existing operational teams or the new Migration Manager

Your Profile:
• University degree
• Very good understanding of accounting processes
• 3-5 years of experience in SSC/BPO environment
• Work experience in processes modelling
• Project experience with proven capability to deliver results in the international environment
• Independence and strong internal motivation
• Ability to influence and challenge others in a non-threatening environment
• Ability to travel on regular basis
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma), or project certification (e.g. Prince2) would be an asset
