Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days 2 nights, this role boasts a great opportunity for you to immerse yourself into the security team at DFDS Immingham. You will be maintaining high levels of ISPS Security to DFDS Seaways and logistics and monitoring the Port Facility to ensure that there is no ISPS breaches, including overnight parking in restricted areas. Having good written and verbal communication skills, you will be working with the team to complete reports for any damage found to DFDS property and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed for evidential purposes.

 

It is preferred that you have a minimum of 3 years Security/Police/Military experience and have had previous search training of Persons, Vehicles and Cargo. Your role will involve assisting with traffic management and acting as a path finder for emergency services. Being trained in conflict management, you will be controlling of access to Port facility, including Searches of Persons, Vehicles and Cargo.
