In DFDS we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Scrum Master Chapter in Copenhagen.

Utilize your coaching skills and grow the team’s potential and continuous improvement

As a Scrum Master in the Ferry & Terminals Tribe, you will guide and coach 2 of our agile teams: Digital Freight and Components Team, on agile software development values and principles.
You will challenge status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Scrum Masters across all scrum teams in DFDS’ Technology & Innovation Division to ensure continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Your great listening, facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills will help the teams and individuals to flourish in a collaborative organization.

Turning the focus to you

We imagine that you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience from a similar position as a Scrum Master or as an Agile Coach.
You can have any combination of education and experience that would prepare you to perform the duties of a Scrum Master - we value your ability to collaborate and your ability to understand how an Outcome focused Mindset brings most value to the organization.

This also means that we are looking for somebody who:

• Have a deep understanding of the Agile values and principles.
• Are strong at pragmatic problem-solving, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and overall helping groups of people communicate effectively.
• Have the ability to sense the need of the team and support them with the tools and resources needed to be effective and engaged team members.
