MENU’s & byLassen´s showroom is located at The Audo in Copenhagen, a unique concept that masterfully unites co-working and event facilities, a café, restaurant and retail area, as well as an exclusive residence in a single, community-building universe.

MENU & byLassen are currently looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive Retail & Ecommerce in UK and IE.

 

THE ROLE
Together with a dedicated sales team, you will be responsible for achieving our ambitious sales goal by successfully develop our business in UK & IE within our wholesale and ecommerce distribution. 

  • Develop the market according to the company strategy and budget planning
  • Responsible for communicating and act aligned with our company values
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and drive sales activities with partners to build the brand in the market
  • Identify and develop new quality partners and maintain and support existing partners
  • Ensuring all partners are kept up to date with the assortment through frequent visits
  • Training sales staff in product knowledge and promoting our brand universe through branded Store Spaces
  • Monthly budget and KPI follow up together with regional Head of Sale
  • Negotiating of yearly partner agreements 

 The position is based in UK, London is preferable.

 

YOUR PROFILE AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE
You should have a strong commercial mindset, business acumen as well as being outgoing and a great relationship builder.

You thrive in a mix of developing, analyzing, and maintaining our customers. Your communication and social skills are second to none. It is pivotal that you are a great self-motivator as you will be working mainly on your own, but with close relationship with the sales team and Head of Sales. 

  • Strong sales drive and the ability to convert strategies into action
  • Experience from contract and retail business
  • Experienced in ecommerce business
  • Sales analytic mindset
  • You have a positive and outgoing personality
  • Self-driven but also a team player
  • Strong in negotiations and closing a deal
  • You can sell concepts and brands
  • Passionate about design

A background in the furniture or other luxury businesses, and-or experience from working with A&D and contract in the interior design business could also be relevant.
