Research position on the development of a living meta-analysis platform for rare neurodevelopmental conditions.

The Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Oslo University Hospital invites applications for a full-time (100%) Researcher position for a period of eight months, there may also be opportunities for extension. Start date: As agreed. 

This position will contribute to the development of a living meta-analysis platform for rare neurodevelopmental conditions. Unlike conventional meta-analysis, which are static, “living” meta-analysis are updated as new evidence becomes available. This approach is well-suited for rare conditions, which can especially benefit from up-to-date data synthesis. The successful applicant will work as part of a large international research team, which includes two lived-experience experts. They will be based in a lab that collaborates between Oslo University Hospital and the Department of Psychology at the University of Oslo.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • A master’s degree in psychology (or a related discipline)
  • Experience with living meta-analysis
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Experience using R and Quatro
  • Experience with figure preparation and manuscript writing
  • Experience collecting survey data
  • Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage
