About the position

The Research Coordinator will have a central operational role in the planning, coordination, and follow-up of clinical research projects and early-phase clinical trials within inherited retinal diseases.

The position requires a high degree of independence and close collaboration with principal investigators, sponsors, CROs, and hospital administration. The role is particularly suited for candidates with experience coordinating complex projects in regulated or multidisciplinary environments, and who are comfortable taking responsibility for structure, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  • Relevant higher education (minimum bachelor’s degree), preferably within health sciences, life sciences, project management, or a related field
  • Documented experience in project coordination, operations management, or research administration
  • Experience from clinical research, clinical trials, healthcare, or other complex regulated environments is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel processes and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage
