Do you want to be part of SEBs important Sub Custody offering where we continue develop our client offering within the area? Are you our new Release Train Engineer ready to take the next step in our agile journey? We are now looking for an inspirational person to join the Sub Custody Tribe in order to increase the pace in our agile journey and further develop our Sub Custody offering to our customers.

About the job
As a Release Train Engineer in the Sub Custody Tribe, you are the spider in the web that enable our delivery teams to work efficiently over time and you also coordinate initiatives that span across several teams, both inside and outside the tribe.

Another important aspect is that you play a key role in terms of developing us when it comes to scaling our agile way of working. In this role you will be expected to drive and facilitate key forums and events, such as quarterly PI planning’s, Scrum of Scrums and other collaboration forums. You will in your daily work be involved in, and take responsibility for, coordinating and delivering our most important and complex initiatives. You will work closely with Chief Product Owner (CPO), Product Owners, Team Managers and Scrum Masters of the different delivery teams. As well as business owners and other Chief Scrum Masters within Technology. You will also have the Scrum Master responsibility for one of our development teams.

In practice this means that you will

  • Manage and optimize the value flow, from idea to being “in use” and assist the teams in the tribe in delivering value
  • Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in the new processes and mindsets with focus on improving our way of working and removing bottlenecks
  • Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making as well as creating an environment of collaboration and mutual influence
  • Challenge existing structures, roles and practices
  • Participate in different Release Train Engineer forum and share knowledge and practices with our teams to help grow their agile maturity within SAFe
  • Be a part of the Sub Custody Tribe management
