Regulatory Compliance Administration Lead (m/f/d)

Working in Market Regulations & Compliance:
The business area Market Operations (M) delivers value by commercially optimising, leveraging and developing Statkraft’s flexible generation portfolio as well as maintaining and growing a strong and sustainable presence within the trading, origination and customers market.
You will be part of the Market Regulations & Compliance team which promotes compliance with applicable regulations on market integrity and abuse, post-trade risk management and client protection. The department’s mandate covers market regulations (i.e. EMIR, REMIT, MAR, MIFID II and their equivalents outside of the EU) for all Statkraft entities.
To strengthen our communications and information management framework and the way in which it supports our collaborative team efforts, we are looking to add a new member to the team.
Your role:
- Promote the transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of the various interfaces between the compliance team and its counterparts
- Help to coordinate the team’s response to compliance queries
- Organise and maintain records of the communications between the compliance team and Statkraft employees and external contacts
- Maintain compliance documentation and facilitate its presentation
- Administer sharepoint & teams sites & maintain the file storage structure
- Organise the administration of training courses and the development of course material
- Contribute to projects where compliance is a stakeholder
- Take on other compliance-related assignments or projects as required
- Proactively contribute to the success of the MFM Compliance team in delivering a professional compliance program
The position will be located in Oslo or Düsseldorf.
About you:
- University degree
- Administrative experience
- Some knowledge of market regulations or a keenness to learn
- General systems proficiency (Microsoft Teams / Sharepoint, Office 365 etc)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, solution driven, confident, highly motivated
- Structured, organized and detail oriented
- Team player but able to operate independently
- Project or contract management experience would be an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, both orally and written
