What if we told you that we had a role which is completely flexible on hours and location?  Great right?  Well, we do, working in our busy inhouse Recruitment Team. Obviously, we are looking for structure on a weekly basis but however you’d like your hours over the Monday to Friday (9-5 core hours) working week, we’re happy to look at, which includes part time work – perhaps around childcare. We’re also happy to look at all locations, we just need you to be able to pick up our processes easily, be strong on the telephone and able to sift CV’s and applications according to job briefs – if you have all of this, we’ve hit the jackpot! Along with a great sense of humour, of course!

Our small, but friendly team are supportive, so you’ll be joining various personalities who work fantastically together. We all have the same vision – we want to deliver the best service to our internal stakeholders, find awesome talent (including you!) and ensure candidates have the best experience. Due to increased work, we’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to come in and hit the ground running on a FTC basis. Who knows what the future will hold regarding the length of the assignment, however we are certain we will need cover over the summer holiday period and into the Autumn.

Day to day you’ll be working with our Talent Acquisition Consultants providing assistance with looking at applications and picking up the phone and talking to suitable candidates. We’ll also need you to help with setting up some interviews and giving feedback to all candidates who come for an interview – yes everyone - we are really dedicated to providing this as we understand the importance for candidates. Aside from this, any innovative ideas to streamline our processes or enhance candidate experience would be great!
