An exciting opportunity has arisen as QSHE Manager in our Integrated Solution Division. As our QSHE Manager you will support the management team and organization within KM ISOL Technology in Quality assurance & control, Occupational health & safety and Risk related issues. You will be responsible for improvements in processes and practice areas and support the business in reaching their business goals.  

Key accountabilities

• Aligned with strategy: plan, monitor, and support QHSE activities.
• Proactively support the Technology management in QHSE related issues and management reviews.
• Support R&D and product development projects in Technology including Software Quality Assurance, engineering, CMMI ®, continuous improvement, root cause analyses
• Lead and contribute to proactivity through QHSE awareness, training, risk management and audit program
• Objectively evaluate processes, products, systems, and projects, and provide insight to leadership in Technology and ISOL management.
• Ensure maintenance of QHSE certification and competence framework in BU

Qualifications and experience

• Master or bachelor’s in system engineering
• Management experience, and business mindset/acumen
• Good understanding of SQA, engineering processes, project management
• Good knowledge to QHSE standards and project work including methods and tools.
• Experience from investigations and/or root cause analysis.
• Experience from companies that are subjected to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certifications
• Experience in Azure DevOps/Jira preferable
