We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Planner to align the Project team and various departments within the organization. In this dynamic role, you will consolidate market opportunities, forecasts, and customer demand into a cohesive planning schedule. By working closely with the project team and stakeholders, you’ll develop comprehensive plans, monitor progress, and swiftly tackle issues that arise. You’ll oversee and contribute to planning of projects from start to finish, support they stay on time and within scope, by using project planning tools.

In this role you will define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of a project, and then breaking it down into manageable tasks and subtasks. It involves creating a schedule, and developing a plan to manage risks and issues that may arise during the project. It helps to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that the project team has a clear understanding of what needs to be done and when.  You’ll balance demand with supply chain capabilities, minimize business disruption and risk through scheduling scenarios. Keeping the ERP system updated, ensuring business continuity, and optimizing inventory will also be part of your scope.

We are seeking you

You possess at least a bachelor’s degree in logistics, economics, or a related business field. Previous experience as a planner or familiarity with time planning is highly advantageous. Proficiency in planning systems such as Primavera or Microsoft Project is essential, with ERP system knowledge being a plus. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
