Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services (KAMS) is an MRO company owned by the Kongsberg Group (majority) and Patria. The company has entered into a strategic partnership with the Norwegian Armed Forces for maintenance, repair and overhaul of the Armed Forces' platforms. The company has also entered into contracts with major international players in the aviation industry for both new production and maintenance.       

 

KAMS works with many major projects that require good coordination and planning. KAMS has a good capacity for planning work assignments and wants to strengthen this with overall project planning capacity.

 

The project planner will be responsible for:

- Setup of project plans related to budget activities

- Establishment and follow-up of progress curves and milestones related to the overall project

- Carry out capacity analyzes and assessments regarding bottlenecks

- Continuous establishment, follow-up and reporting of KPIs

- Identify deviations from project plans and implement / propose measures

- Periodic reporting and follow-up

 

Wanted qualifications:

- Experience from the aviation industry or equivalent

- Experience with project planning

- Experience with scheduling and reporting with regard to critical line in projects

- Good experience with planning and analysis tools

- Desirable with good knowledge of Primavera

- Is forward-thinking, enterprising and team-focused

- Is structured and accurate

- Is solution-oriented
