Key accountabilities  

• Plan, execute, monitor and control all aspects of the project portfolio. 
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.  

Qualifications and experience  

• Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in software applications and/or SaaS environments. 

• Experience within Class requirements, LNG and/or Offshore processes and/or control systems is an advantage. 

• Self-starter & self-driven person with positive attitude.   

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Ability to handle several activities in parallel, in a hectic environment.   

• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment. 

• Fluency in English both verbal and in writing.  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
