As Project Coordinator, you will be a part of a dynamic team that supports a diverse fleet of vessels operating 24/7 across the globe. What you will be doing
You are responsible for allocating DP engineers to multi discipline projects for Global Customer Support. You will act as the operational link between the engineering team, project managers, and internal stakeholders—ensuring that the right competence is assigned to the right project at the right time.

The role requires a strong understanding of project requirements, technical profiles, and team capacity. You will contribute directly to project success by balancing resource availability, individual development and delivery expectations.

You will work closely with the Service Coordinator, Team Managers, Engineers and the Project department in GCS to ensure optimal planning, smooth execution, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

We think you should have

• Technical education within engineering, automation, or equivalent is an advantage but not a necessity
• Experience with resource planning and coordination in project-based environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in both English and Norwegian
• Ability to assess technical competence and match profiles to project needs
• Structured and proactive approach to planning and follow-up
• Familiarity with project execution and customer delivery processes is an advantage
