About the job 
Prime Collateral Services (PCS) is part of Investor Services within SEB’s merchant division called Large Corporates and Financial Institutions (LC&FI). We offer a full-service collateral management solution to our clients, relating to derivative-, repo- and securities lending transactions. We act on behalf of our clients, towards their trade counterparties and clearing brokers, in all issues related to the collateral management process.

As a member of PCS, your daily responsibility will include being our clients’ main contact with regards to the daily delivery of our services, performing and monitoring the collateral process, and owning the client relationship by performing service reviews and attending follow-up meetings.

You will also be responsible for continuously finding and driving ways to improve the client experience of our offering and to optimize efficiency in our processes. Further, you are also expected to support product management, sales and IT in efforts that ensure that SEB maintain our position as the Nordic region’s leading post trade service provider.

Who are you? 
We are looking for someone service minded and with strong collaboration and prioritization skills. You have the ability to work independently while being a strong team-player, enjoying cooperation and a healthy feedback culture. Building relationships with coworkers and stakeholders is one of your strengths and you enjoy working in a high-paced, client-oriented environment.

Further, you are curious and understand that you need to take responsibility of your own development by challenging yourself to grow as a professional. You have a genuine interest in the financial markets, and we see it as a merit that you have an understanding of the post trade landscape.

You have an academic degree in Finance or equivalent and have three years’ experience from the financial industry, ideally from working directly with large corporate and institutional clients in a merchant banking setting. To be able to support the continuous improvement of our technical solution, being tech oriented is considered meriting. You also have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
