DFDS AS

Payroll Administrator

£19,000

DFDS are growing organically and through acquisitions. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our resolute team. Working from our office based in Immingham, as part of the Payroll team hub, although there is some flexibility to work from home.

Working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, we’ll need you to process administrative work to support the payroll function e.g., filing emails, taking telephone calls, and inputting data onto the payroll system. This will include the recording of absences and HMRC submissions. You’ll be processing information in relation to payrolls, so we’ll need you to be able to work accurately and to tight deadlines. It is key that you possess and can demonstrate very strong Excel skills, as you will be asked to collate data and distribute payroll reports where required.

We are looking for someone who is confident, has effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact successfully at all levels. A flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to multitask, combined with an excellent phone manner and proven IT skills. Naturally, a dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail & accuracy.

If this sounds like a fantastic opportunity for you to join Northern Europe’s leading Shipping & Logistics company, then we would love to hear from you.

Now about what we can give you. You’ll be able to access some fantastic benefits such as:

  • Life assurance cover
  • Contributory company pension scheme
