Your role:

Develop innovative and profitable origination portfolio. Manage and optimize existing portfolio exposures. Develop and maintain commercial relations in the Brazilian Electricity Industry. Share relevant insights and identify opportunities for other Statkraft portfolios within Brazil.

• Make profit for the Origination portfolio, identifying clients and opportunities for the portfolio, developing new, structured and creative products and leading the negotiation process until the contract closes.
• Increase market reach and strengthen Statkraft's brand in Brazil by developing strong business relationships with customers.
• Increase the value added of Statkraft by supporting the various business development areas (IP and M).
• Increase the solidity of execution of the business, through the development of Master Agreements with Customers.

 Your profile: 

• Graduation in Engineering, Economy or Finance
• Specialization in Risk Management, Energy, Investment Management, Business Management or Finance
• Experience in Electric Market 
• Desirable knowledge and skills:
• Rules and practices of electricity commercialization market;
• Risk management of operations in the electricity market;
• Structure of Brazilian electricity market agreements and operations with financial bias towards the electricity market;
• Price formation;
• Negotiation techniques;
• Quantitative methods and statistical analysis;
• Risk metrics and portfolio performance;
• Pricing of financial assets, valuation of companies.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English
