We’re passionate about delivering an excellent service to our customers and within our 24-hour business in Belfast, we are looking for an Operations Planner to join our existing team to assist with this. Are you confident picking up the phone and talking to various stakeholders to ensure the plans run seamlessly? If, you’re looking for a role within a dynamic, enthusiastic & fast paced environment, with a willingness to succeed… we have the role for you!

Working Mon – Fri nights, 19:00 – 03:00, assisting the business to operate smoothly, you’ll be communicating with customers along with 3^rd party hauliers, ensuring daily plans are actioned. You will be joining a dedicated team, and need to be a very good communicator, providing clear and concise plans, handovers to other members of the team, whilst always focussing on delivering high standards of service, as well as liaising with clients regarding potential issues.

Do you have a proactive approach to tasks and enjoy solving problems? Have you a lot of IT experience and knowledge, as you will be working on many portals and systems when fulfilling this role? Vessel planning, managing the breakdowns, along with the costing of the various jobs, all ensure that each shift keeps you busy and engaged. If you have current experience within the logistics industry, this would be desirable.
