Operations Administrator

Are you an organised, yet adaptable team player? Do you find yourself to be an excellent communicator? A new role in our Dover port is now available and it could be just the one for you!

Working 16 hours per week at our Dover port, you will be expected to assist with bookings for crew, contractors and suppliers whilst maintaining the highest level of customer services in all means of communication. You will work alongside the team in researching and responding to Data Protection Act requests as well as filing and data recording any of our Lost Property intake for the BU Channel. You should be keen to become fluent in all Microsoft applications and any other systems as required. This role requires you to be flexible in order to complete other administration tasks as the business need changes.

We need you to have strong verbal, written & interpersonal skills as you will be required to communicate with all different levels of staff within the business as well as some members of the general public. You should be self-motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative in order to complete tasks efficiently and to the best of your ability. A degree of flexibility and adaptability is required, to be successful in this role. Your role will predominantly be dealing with personal details and items of value therefore, confidentiality and trustworthiness are imperative.
