Maritime Operation Coordinator

 

We are looking for a qualified Operation Coordinator to work with our experienced team at Mongstad.

Position is a 100% position and duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Daily follow up of our clients and keeping them satisfied

2. Delegating work among our experienced team of inspectors.

3. Support to our inspectors working in the field

4. Checking incoming reports from our team of inspectors and evaluating them.

5. Reporting to clients

6. Taking care of client requirements and following this up until all have been met.

7. Having regular 24/7 watch duties as per our watch list, since we are a 24/7 service provider.

8. Invoicing clients after completion of each job.

You are a person who;

1.Takes initiative, is methodical and systematic.

2. Collaborates well with others, shares knowledge, information and experience.

3. Is responsible with a high level of integrity.

Further more;

4.  Background from maritime business is an advantage, preferably from the inspection business (But not a requirement)

5. Personal qualities and motivation for the position will be emphasized.

6. A certain level of IT knowledge is required(Office 365, Oracle, etc)
