Your role

For this role you will be active on the Norwegian market on behalf of a company that works in the financial sector and service customers in need of solutions to their financial problems. Your goal will be to answer customer queries by using your excellent communication skills, knowledge and passion for service to answer any general questions and in some cases examine the capacity of the client's ability to pay off his debt if needed and create a reasonable payment plan together with the customer to help them get debt free. The employer will provide you with a solid introduction to get you completely up to speed and make sure you know all the ins and outs on how to do this easily and effectively. At the end of your workday you will be able to enjoy the stunning surroundings, visit the beach, eat some lovely tapas and indulge in other various activities such as golf or a cozy museum visit. The ideal candidate

• Fluent Norwegian speaker
