About the job
The payment industry, and especially the card business, is currently being rapidly transformed due to new competitors entering the market, Fin-techs pushing faster development, and regulations changing the business dynamics.
To meet these conditions SEB Kort have organized the Corporate Segment business to ensure a customer centric and digital focus. The business is cross Nordic, enabling synergies in sales channels, digital solutions, processes and most importantly – a holistic Nordic customer view regardless channel of choice.
We are now looking for a Nordic Key Account Manager to our Digital & Remote Sales department who can drive change and new sales processes. Together with the team you will set the new way of working with digital enablers, remote sales, and work towards sales targets and goals, preferably with data analytics as a foundation to segmentation and lead generation. You will be part of a Nordic team, located in all of the four Nordic countries and be responsible together with the other team members to grow the digital and remote corporate sales business.
Your main responsibility will be to x-sell, up-sell and down-sell to our large portfolio of Nordic corporate customers through digital sales channels and remote sales activities.
To succeed you will have to be proactive, creative and think outside the box to generate sales in new ways with digital flows, enablers, and remote events and initiatives.
The role can be positioned in either Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki.
Who are you?
You are a self-supported team player with great knowledge and interest in digital and remote sales and processes. A positive minded person with great sales and segmentation knowledge and experience, as well as digital marketing and communication skills, preferably also skilled in analytics and data science in this area.
You are business minded, structured and well organized with great collaboration, relationship and communication skills. You have an academic education or equivalent degree with at least three years’ experience of sales, preferably digital sales. You are fluent in written and spoken English and at least one more of the Nordic languages, and if you manage more than one of the Nordic languages it’s considered an advantage.
