Job Summary:

 

• Responsible for the co-ordination of DNO staff members and their respective travel arrangements throughout the business unit. 

•Allocate DNO assets to Journey Management tasks and plan for up to two weeks in advance for all expats travel movements to airheads.

•Through close liaison with Tawke MOVCON office, the MovCon Controller will devise a suitable plan to use assets resourcefully

•Responsible for the daily communications and briefings for the Unarmed Driver Service in Erbil

•Responsible for the transfer of equipment to the DNO field locations

• Monitor the IVMS vehicle tracking system

• Prepare department POB’s and submit to the Senior MovCon Controller

• Handle all Movement requests forms and ensure they are submitted to MovCon Supervisor at Tawke • Prepare MPCE team and DNO driver task sheets

• Constant communications with MovCon Tawke to ensure all employer movement between the relevant business unity is controlled and monitored

• Good liaison with the Tawke MovCon team

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years credible prior experience in an office-based role

• Minimum 1 years in oil and gas related security role in challenging security environments.

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership security-based role
