F135 Depot Multi-Use Warehouse (MUW)

We are looking to hire a dedicated Material Analyst to join our team. The Material Analyst has the overall responsibility for the kitting process at the depot, while preparing, analyzing, and administering logistics information and processes connected to master data. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager, F135 Depot.

To succeed as the Material Analyst, you should be able to identify, track, and reconcile the required parts needed for F135 depot operations. Education within economics, logistics or engineering, with minimum of 1-2 years logistics analysis experience. Experience in the aerospace industry, specifically with jet engine maintenance, a plus. English, both written and verbal, a must.

Main Tasks:

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, ensuring master data is correct

Responsible for identification of parts and the appropriate codes

Analyze data from the KAMS purchasing manager, purchasing and inventory needs in collaboration with the logistics operations coordinatorIn collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, contribute to the preparation, management and development of the logistics department KPIs

Contribute to the effectiveness and optimization of the ERP system in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager

Responsible for the preparation, administration and continued development of KPIs
